August 27, 2010: Saturdays FGB Practice

In preparation for the “Fight Gone Bad” Charity event coming up September 25, Saturdays between now and then will be “fight gone bad practice.”  The WOD on Saturdays will be in the format of the fight gone bad workout, (1 min max effort in 5 movements, 1 minute rest, 3 rounds) but the movements will change each Saturday.

Of course, we are not restricting the Saturday workout to those participating in the fundraiser, we are just tailoring it to help participants prepare.  As always, you are welcome to bring family, friends, or arch enemies to try us out for free on a Saturday.  Give us a heads up if you will be bringing newbies to a Saturday, we like to be prepared.

We do sincerely hope that everyone will participate in the FGB fundraiser.  It benefits a great cause, and it’s a lot of fun!  Participants who raise at least $150 will receive a limited edition FGB5 t-shirt!
