November 19, 2010: Holiday Survival Guide
Most of the material in this guide comes from Jenna at Bridger CrossFit – Thanks Jenna!
It’s that time of the year again. The leaves have changed colors and fallen, you have to allow five extra minutes to scrape your windshield in the morning, and the snow has come! It’s time to make plans for the holidays. If you’re like most people, those plans typically revolve around family traditions, special events, TV specials and sports, and food, food, food! All leaving you feeling groggy, bloated, and wondering “did these jeans shrink in the wash?”
It doesn’t have to be that way. We’d like to show you how you can stay active, stay healthy, and avoid the “Holiday 10 lbs” that so many gain each year. That way you will already have a head start when it comes to those New Year’s resolutions, and you can resolve to do something other than lose those 10 lbs!
If you want to come out of this Holiday Season happy, healthy, fit, and still in control of how you look, feel, and perform, keep reading for our RX for success…
